For the person doing the worrying

Set it up for them. They decide what to keep.

You get everything ready in a few minutes. They get a text, look at what you suggested, and change anything they like before a single thing switches on.

Four steps

You do the fiddly part. They do the deciding.

It takes about five minutes on your end, and one screen on theirs.

  1. 1. Suggest a time

Their first name, their mobile, and the time of day a check-in would suit them.

  2. 2. We text them

One message, from us, saying who set it up and what it's for.

  3. 3. They look it over

They can change the time, choose what you can see, and turn down anything they'd rather not.

  4. 4. It starts

They check in each day. You're told if they ever miss one.

Agreed together

You're setting up an offer, not switching on surveillance.

Everything you choose is a suggestion until they approve it on their own phone.

They hold the controls

They pick what you can see, and can change it or stop sharing at any time without asking anyone.

Nothing switches on by itself

Calls from Joanne and location sharing are theirs to turn on. You can suggest them; only they can agree to them.

No cameras, no tracking

There's no map of their day and no device to wear. Just one small check-in, and people who are told if it's missed.

What it costs

Free for both of you to start.

Every plan includes one trusted person, free — so you can be the person who gets alerted without anyone paying anything. If the fuller safety net makes sense later, you can cover their Pro plan yourself.

Accepting your invitation never starts a subscription and never charges them.

Included free

  • A daily check-in at a time they choose
  • You as their one trusted person — alerted if they miss a check-in, and able to help in the app
  • Optional location sharing on a missed check-in

Before you start

The questions people ask first.

What if they say no?
Then nothing happens, and we tell you. Their details are deleted. It's worth talking it through with them first — this works far better as something you agree on than something that arrives out of the blue.
Will they know I set it up?
Yes, by name, in the first text and on every screen. This isn't something you can do quietly, on purpose.
What if I get their number wrong?
We show you the number before it's sent, and you can fix it and send again. If someone tries the code from a different number, we'll email you to check.
Do they need a smartphone?
For setting up, yes — they'll approve it in the app. After that they can also check in by replying to a text.
Can I see where they are?
Only if they turn that on themselves, and only in the alert when a check-in is missed. There's no everyday map, ever.

It takes five minutes, and they decide the rest.

Get it ready tonight. They'll see it in the morning.
